Luhu Tennis Group Championship will be held on Nov. 21st and 22nd 2009. Since the championship held, many tennis players are active to take part in it.

1.21 and 22 of November 2009 (Saturday and Sunday)
2.Tennis courts of Luhu Golf & Country Club
3.Target: members and associated enterprises. There would be totally 12 teams. The quota is limited and first come first in.( Open for amateur players only. Pros or retired pros are not accepted. )
4.One Mixed Match and 2 Men-double. Total of 3 matches.
5.Max. of 8 players in one team and each team composes at least of 5 males and 1 female.
6.(1)Max. of 12 teams at first come first served basis.
    (2)Both days are play round robin, who get the higher marks as champion, than 1st runner-up, and then 2nd runner-up.( Each team has games on both days.)
    (3)Each player is only allowed to play in one match.
    (4)Each team could have a 2-hour free trial in the tennis court within 2 weeks before the championship. Advance reservation must be made.
7.Gifts for the Champion are a delicate trophy cup, 8 medals and nice presents.
    Gifts for the 1st runner-up are a delicate trophy cup, 8 medals and nice presents.
    Gifts for the 2nd runner-up are a delicate trophy cup, 8 medals and nice presents.
    a)   Each player will get one souvenir gift.
    b)   Nice presents are provided for lucky draw at the award ceremony.
8.Registration fee at RMB1000 for each team, including 21、22th two days lunch and prize presentation dinner.
9.Please submit the copy of the tennis players' ID card.
    The attendees are free to enjoy the dinner at the gathering night.
